All products will be packaged in plain, unmarked boxes.
All Customer information is private and never given out to anyone.
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed.
All credit card transactions take place on a secured server.

PAYMENTS
  • We accept the following payment types:
  • Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Western Union, Money Orders.
WARRANTY
  • All products are backed by a manufacturers warranty.
  • The warranty length varies depending on product, usually 3 months to 3 years by the Manufactures.
IMPORT & DUTY FEES
  • All Duties and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We are unable to know the duties and fees for every country we ship to.
  • We suggest you contact your local Officials to inquire about the costs of Duties and to be applied to your order upon entry into your country.
RETURNS
  • to return a product to us, you must phone or email to request a return #. 
    All packages shipped to us without a return number will be refused.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
  • The customer must pay the return shipping charge.
    COD returns will be refused
  • We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • If we are replacing defective products within our warranty time we will pay to ship the replacement product standard service once the defective product has been tested.
